PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASE!!!

Custom Apparel | Processing & Cancellation Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our products and the high demand for custom orders, please allow approximately 2 weeks for production and processing. We take pride in ensuring each piece is carefully created with attention to quality and detail.

Returns & Exchanges

All custom and personalized apparel is made to order. Therefore, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, sizing errors, or customer-submitted design preferences.

Order Cancellations

Customers have 24 hours from the time of purchase to submit a cancellation request via email. Requests received within this timeframe are eligible for cancellation and a refund, provided production has not already begun.

After the 24-hour cancellation window, orders are considered final and are no longer eligible for cancellation or a refund due to a change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

We appreciate your patience and support as we bring your custom creations to life.

Thank you for choosing Speed Tuners!
